Cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business, our clients, and our team.
We have found that implementing a cancellation policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
When making an appointment with us for New Dreads, you will be required to place a non-refundable deposit of $120 to secure your appointment. This comes off your total on the day of appointment. If you cancel (give less than 48 hours notice) or don't show up to your appointment this deposit will not be returned and you'll need to pay another deposit to book a future appointment.
We don't always ask for a deposit for Maintenance appointments, but if you make an appointment with us for any type of service and cancel (within 48 hours) or don't show up to an appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the appointment. This fee must be paid before you can book in with us again. If this happens more than once, you will no longer be a client of ours and unable to book in for any future appointments.
No-shows and last minute cancellations have a major effect on our business and we must implement these standards to ensure stability.
Also, please note that appointments are charged from the time your appointment was booked. If you have an appointment at 10am and don't show up until 10:30, you will be charged from 10am.
We firmly believe in the importance of your time as well as ours to complete your service.
Please only book appointments that you know you can attend.
